Ms. Rachel Foo, business advisor from SME Centre@Northwest, was

As a HR manager, I had to use a Human Resource Management Software
(HRM) that was partially implemented a few years ago. This partial
implementation meant that my day to day tasks was not fully automated as
intended, leaving functions (eg. overtime computation) to be done
manually. Because my predecessor had utilized the Productivity Solutions
Grant (PSG) in the past, I was not sure if I could apply as I had been told
that a second application approval was not likely. That was until I met Mr.

schemes available for my company to tap on.

Recently, she had helped my company with the Senior Worker Early Adopter Grant (SWEAG) and Part Time Re-employment Grant (PTRG) from Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) to support progressive employers that are willing and able to implement a higher internal retirement age and re-employment age ahead of time, and support employers that commit to providing part-time re-employment opportunities to Senior Workers upon their request.
